A Louis XV ormolu-mounted amaranth, bois satine and parquetry bureau plat By Jean-Claude Saunier The serpentine shaped top inset with a later gilt-tooled green leather writing surface, the frieze fitted with three drawers opposed by three false drawers flanked by foliate scroll and female figural mounts, on cabriole legs terminating in sabots, stamped 'I.C.SAUNIER' twice, remounted, one leg repaired, restorations 29½in. (75cm.) high, 57in. (145cm.) wide, 31in. (78.5cm.) deep
