Circa 1770, stamped L. BOUDIN and JME twice, lacking stretcher
The rectangular top inlaid with Greek-key borders and a raised ormolu edge above a balustrade inlaid frieze-drawer fitted with a hinged leather writing-surface and compartment, with a mirror to the underside of the writing-slope, above a sliding door, inlaid with cube-parquetry, the decoration completed to all sides, raised on cabriole legs ending in later scroll-cast sabots, previously with angle mounts
