Oval with undulating gadroon rims, side handles terminating in leafage, tall foliate scroll feet terminating in leaf pads, engraved with crest and rococo arms of Gossip of Thorp Arch, Yorkshire, together with a pair of George II Hanoverian pattern sauce ladles with a different crest, marks indistinct, London, circa 1750
