The centre with a scene in the manner of Watteau within a gilt scroll cartouche issuing leaves and flowers, the well gilt with scrolling foliage below panels pierced with leaf and trellis pattern reserved with flower-heads below a looped rim reserved with further small flower-heads, the underside with gilt lines and a band of swirls
