The rectangular spreading hinged lid applied to the angles with scrolling foliate clasps, above a flowerhead-cast rim, the drop-front centred by a female mask, the sides with scrolling foliate handles, each angle with a cherub herm, on a wavy apron with scrolling foliate branches and paterae to the angles, with inlaid satinwood-lined interior
