On flat foot, the white interior with a bold inverted kufic inscription, the hastae and some of the horizontal strokes worked with complex knots, the centre with a small roundel, the exterior plain white, repaired breaks, slight flaking of glaze, minimal restoration

The inscription translates: "Generosity is a disposition of the dwellers of paradise". For a differently written version of the same inscription please see lot 155.
