A pair of Chinese blue and white armorial soup plates
of octagonal form, decorated with crests bearing the motto 'Firme' within borders of floral galralnds and floral clusters to the centres -- 9in. (23.5cms) wide; and five blue and white octagonal plates en suite -- 6in. (16.5cms) wide, 18th century, (one soup plate cracked and with glaze crackled, four plates with rim cracks, one with star crack to base).
