A pair of Chinese pottery models of lokapala, Tang Dynasty
each modelled standing on recumbent rams, wearing billowing armoured robes and helmets, the arms held out with clenched fists, decorated in red, cream and black pigments -- 19in. (48.2cm) high max; and a pair of painted pottery earth spirits, Tang Dynasty, one decorated in red, green, cream and black, the other cream with some black pigment remaining -- 13 3/8in. (34cm) high.
