A pair of ormolu-mounted Sevres-pattern dark-blue-ground vases and covers

Each with domed cover with berry finial, above the tapering neck decorated to one side with an oval panel depicting a courting couple and to the other with a panel painted with a riverscape, the cylindrical body painted with a continual scene of three figures in a pastoral setting, with a pair of foliate-cast scrolled handles terminating in a satyr mask, on spreading foot and shaped plinth, with blue imitation interlaced 'L' marks, one cover badly restored
