    A PAIR OF ORMOLU-MOUNTED SEVRES STYLE COBALT-BLUE GROUND VASES AND COVERS
    LATE 19TH/20TH CENTURY, SPURIOUS BLUE INTERLACED L'S MARKS, SIGNED F. AMBLET
    Each of tapering cylindrical form, the domed cover with berried finial and gilt musical trophy medallion, the pierced gallery flanked by upright scroll handles, painted after Boucher with courting couples either observing a dog or playing the bagpipes, within a gilt foliate scroll surround incorporating trellis and diaper, the reverse with a lakeside view, on a conforming socle and canted square base cast with a beaded ring
