The arms are those of Beresford quartering La Poer impaling Stuart for Henry De La Poer, 3rd Marquess of Waterford K.P. (1811-1859) and his wife The Hon. Louisa Stuart (d.1891), daughter and co-heir of Charles, Lord Stuart de Rothesay, whom he married on 8th June 1843 (2)
