EARLY QING PERIOD, 17TH-18TH CENTURY
The stone is carved with Liu Hai teasing his three-legged toad with a string of coins, his face with a joyful expression, while a bat hovers above his head. The material is of an even greenish-white tone. The toad and bat are carved utilising the pale russet parts of the stone.
