A PALE CELADON MUGHAL-STYLE JADE TRIPOD BOWL
19TH CENTURY
The thinly carved bowl is supported on three cabriole legs adjoined by winged birds and flanked by a pair of carved and pierced lotus handles with loose-rings. The centre is carved in low relief with a lotus flower and scrolling tendrils. The stone is of a pale even tone with some light milky inclusions.
