Circa 1820, the plates printed and impressed MASON'S PATENT IRONSTONE CHINA marks
The jug of moulded-form with a satyr's face to the neck, painted with green and brown enamel spots; four plates with the 'Long Tailed Bird' pattern, five with a chinoiserie view depicting Orientals tea-dinking on a verandah before a garden (extensive rubbing to enamels of plates, and minor rubbing to jug)
