of slightly convex circular form, rocker engraved with a central diamond and four double-curved motifs enclosed by undulating bands with sprouting branches and a series of fourteen perforated triangles, pierced through the center with hinged tine, red cotton cloth attached

Collected by one of the present owner's ancestors, either a great grand father or a great great grandfather, who operated a trading post on the Penobscot River, and descended through the family.
