A Piano-Forte musical box by Nicole Freres
No. 47241, playing six operatic airs (Gamme No. 1122), with double spring crank-wind motor and reeded bedplate, in stained interior with agent's tunesheet for Wales & McCulloch, 22 Ludgate Hill, London inside the lid, in grained case with inlaid rosewood veneered lid of a stalking lion amongst swags -25½in. (64.3cm) wide, the cylinder 13½in. (34.3cm), (extreme treble tooth of forte comb replaced)

There are no pins plotted on the cylinder for the two 'missing' extreme bass teeth of the forte comb.
