A pull-along clown riding an elephant platform toy
with grey felt covered carton elephant with black and white glass eyes, wooden tusks, orange saddle blanket and collar, the celluloid headed clown seated astride, the cream painted wooden platform with floral paper 'carpet' and frame holding bells, red painted cast metal wheels, when pulled along the clown crashes two sets of cymbals and the elephant nods his head and plays the bells with his trunk, early 20th century --13in. (33cm.) long (piece missing and repair to base of clowns neck)
