    A Qajar compressed bowl
    19th century
    decorated in blue, green, aubergine and cream enamels with birds amongst trailing flowers and foliage, the interior with a single flower spray -- 10¼in. (26cms) diam, (rim chip, glaze crackling); and a Qajar Iznik style dish decorated in similar coloured enamels with a design of interlaced saz leaves and flowerheads on a blue ground -- 10¼in. (26cms) diam, (couple of hairline rim cracks and chips).
