A RARE LARGE FAMILLE VERTE JAR AND COVER 17TH CENTURY Of high-shouldered form decorated with four lobed reserves of boys holding large leafy floral sprays reserved on a diaper ground and joined by ruyi heads, the design interspersed with further reserves of floral sprays beneath a border of floral scroll and between bands of stylized lappets along the neck and slightly spreading base, the cover decorated en suite beneath the blue-glazed finial 23 7/8 in. (60.6 cm.) high
