A rare Merrythought Bingie Sailor
with blonde mohair head and hands, dark orange and black glass eyes, pronounced muzzle, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, white artificial silk-lined ears, cloth body and jointed limbs with cloth hand pads, celluloid covered button in right ear, cloth label on right foot and wearing original blue felt sailor's suit with white cotton collar and cuffs, circa 1933 --15½in. (39.5cm.) high (suit tattered and faded, some thinning and fading to mohair, tears to body, button starting to rust and has stained ear)
