A rare pair of Kampskatcha slippers, or Chinese slippers or shoes "a la Turque" , of snuff-coloured kid with upturned pointed toes, with heart-shaped insertions of pink satin trimmed with maroon ribbon stitched with a border in white chainstitch, with white kid heels and white binding - circa 1786 (binding worn)
