With shaped plate engraved with scrollwork and foliage inhabited by demi-figures, angels supporting a medallion, and a signature (?), flat pierced and engraved wheel-cover, pierced and engraved fences to the cock and cock-spring (and originally to the pan), and engraved sliding pan-cover with slotted release button, the interior of the lock with further engraved decoration
