with golden mohair head, paws and legs, brown stitched nose and mouth, boot button eyes, swivel head and jointed arms, dressed in original red felt soldier's uniform red jacket with black collar and cuffs, white shoulder and cuff stripes and brass plated buttons, metal framed body and large metal wheeled boots, key wind to right side and operating lever at back --10in. (25.5cm.) high, circa 1914 (mechanism inoperative, some slight moth damage to arms, fading)
