A rose-cut diamond, gem and cultured pearl pendant,
modelled as a basket of flowers, the engraved basket containing a large sapphire and cultured pearl flower with cultured pearl, sapphire, cabochon ruby and rose-cut diamond buds, with emerald and cabochon ruby swags to a central polished ruby drop with rose-cut diamond cap, the whole suspended from a sapphire, opal, cabochon ruby and rose-cut diamond cluster suspension.
