A RUSSIAN SILVER-GILT & CLOISONNE ENAMEL CIGARETTE CASE,
MARK OF NIKOLAY SVEREV, 1908/17, ALSO BEARING AN AUSTRIAN IMPORT MARK FOR 1901/21,
Decorated on either side with an eagle in the midst of profuse foliate scrollwork above water, with water-lilies & flowers upon the water, in polychrome shaded enamels, principally shades of blue, green, pink & mauve, upon a frosted ground, 4 in. long (10 cm.).
