A Satsuma bowl
painted and gilt to the interior with a warrior holding a bow, a quiver of arrows slung around his back, the underside with flowersprays and foliage -- 6in. (15.2cms) diam, (hairline rim crack, restored rim chip); a lozenge shaped koro with panels of ladies at leisure, a flowering riverbank and a mountainous river landscape -- 4½in. (11.5cms) high; and a Satsuma baluster vase decorated with Kannon and rakan -- 9¾in. (24.7cms) high.
