A SET OF EIGHT GEORGE III CREAM AND GREEN-PAINTED SIDE CHAIRS

Each with an oval padded back centered by leaf-carved lunette, above an oval upholstered seat with fluted seatrails divided by paterae above leaf-carved and fluted tapering legs, upholstered in red silk cut velvet of varying patterns, redecorated with signs of the original green and white painting beneath, the over decoration flaking, variously numbered in pencil and two incised T and N respectively (8)
