Late 18th early 19th Century
Woven in wools and silks, from the series Les Oiseaux, depicting two crows, two doves, two chickens, and two partridges in an open landscape, within an olive-coloured border with vines and grapes, within a later gilt metal-thread band and with later yellow cotton backing, the panels reused, with minor heightening with colour
