The channelled cartouche-shaped back and moulded waved seat with caning, the toprail centred by a foliate spray above the pierced seat-rail with a foliate cartouche, on cabriole legs headed by a blind pierced foliate spray and terminating in scrolled feet, one chair inscribed in pencil on a label to the back-rail 'Rosallis', four chairs inscribed on a transport label by Pickfords Ltd.
