Including two open armchairs, each with a channelled shield-shaped back with a pierced and draped central tapering vertical splat, above a padded bowfronted seat covered in blue material, the armchairs with outsplayed arms on downswept supports, on square tapering fluted legs joined by an H-shaped stretcher, five chairs with dealer's label inscribed 'FRANK PARTRIDGE WORKS OF ART 26 KING ST. ST. JAMES'S AND NEW YORK', six later seatrails, some later blocks and strengthening to the seatrails, restorations, the armchairs with later arms (12)
