Plain cylindrical, the hinged cover applied with a coat-of-arms, the side engraved with an inscription, marked underneath and inside cover

The inscription reads 'Presented to H.R.H. The Princess Margaret by Haberdashers' Monmouth School for Girls 12th May 1983.'
Presented to H.R.H. Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon on the occasion of the opening of the New Buildings at the Monmouth School for Girls on 12 May 1983.
