DAOGUANG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN IRON RED AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
The bowl is decorated to the exterior with four medallions enclosing figures in landscape scenes, all surrounded by elaborate floral scrolls on a ruby ground. The interior is enamelled to the centre with an open flower head encircled by peonies and peaches on leafy scrolling foliage.
