A small Kashan pottery albarello, Central Iran, 13th Century
of slightly widening cylindrical form, the white ground painted in underglaze black with vertical panels each containing a floral spray, stylised fish around the shoulder and mouth, intact, slight irridescence - 4 3/8in. (11.2cm.) high.
