A SMALL PALE GREENISH-WHITE JADE BOWL
QIANLONG INCISED SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
With steep sides rising to a flared rim, all supported on a tall, thickly cut foot ring, the stone of pale greenish tone with milky white inclusions and one area of brownish tone at the rim
3 7/8 in. (9.9 cm.) diam.
Presented as a gift by Langdon Warner (1881-1955) to the grandfather of the present owner, and thence by descent within the family.
