Circular, with scalloped rim, after a design by Zinaida Kobyletskaya, the center painted with an open book titled History of The October Revolution 1917, the opposite page inscribed Petersburg 1921, atop a pile of books and a newspaper, amidst sprays of leaves and a gilt hammer and sickle, with a gilt cavetto band, marked under base
