A SPINACH JADE INSCRIBED BOWL 19TH CENTURY With steep rounded sides rising from a slightly splayed foot to a straight rim, incised around the exterior on one side with a four-character caption, on the other with a septa-syllable poem and a Qianlong date corresponding to 1787, the softly polished stone of mottled dark green tone and with paler and darker inclusions 7¼ in. (18.4 cm.) diam.
