the top tier fitted with hinged covers opening to reveal a rectangular inkstone and a water dropper cast as a chrysanthemum, the lower tier with a removable inner tray and fitted with two drawers on the exterior, the box decorated overall with butterflies and geometric leaf patterns on a dark ground, the cover with a bamboo curtain and chrysanthemums
