A young Gentleman won these two Steiff dogs from the Tombolo on the Queen Mary in 1926. A young lady, also travelling on the Queen Mary had captured this young gentleman's heart, but he was too shy to approach the young lady. Having won these two dogs he presented them to the lady as a gift. They fell in love, married and never looked back.
