A Steiff teddy bear
with blonde mohair, black boot button eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, remains of black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs with felt pads and hump, circa 1910 --28in. (71cm.) high (two holes in end of muzzle, ankles split, balding to feet, general wear and thining, hand pads recovered and damage to feet pads)
The childhood bear of Audrey Comber born circa 1913, bought by her grandfather Henry Comber.
