The silver case with shuttered winding hole and split bezel, silver champlevé dial with Roman numerals, inner quarter markers, single steel hand, gilt movement with chain fusee, turned baluster pillars, steel balance, finely pierced and engraved foliate balance cock with oval foot secured by a screw, steel worm and wheel regulation with pierced blued steel brackets, signed J de Choudens within a finely engraved foliate and floral cartouche
