A Tang painted potterycamel and groom
the camel laden with saddle and saddle bags, standing four square on a rectangular base, the groom with curled hair, standing with his hands held before him and head turned to his right, painted in red, orange, green and cream pigments -- the camel 13½in. (34.5cms) high, Tang Dynasty, (some restoration and old wear).
