A very rare Bruin Manufacturing Company teddy bear
with white mohair, brown and black glass eyes, pronounced muzzle, pink stitched nose, mouth and five claws, swivel head, elongated limbs with felt pads, hump and woven yellow and brown B.M.C. label on right foot, circa 1907 --24in. (61cm.) high (very slight thinning and label fraying in three places)

From records it would appear the B.M.C. were only in production for one year.
