0f recessed broken outline with ebonised mouldings, the back with a moulded gallery with anthemion finials and paterae and crossed thyrsus headed batons, the frieze with foliate guilloche and Vitruvian scroll decoration fitted with two drawers, with fluted rounded angles, with a panelled open compartment below, with a cupboard to either end, with pilaster stiles flanking a winged harpi monopodia and enclosed by a panel door to either side, on plinth base, evidence of two old hinge fixings on the platform front of the open compartment
