Oval, the ground engraved with Sassoon crest and monogram, enclosed by berried laurel and foliate band, outer ground engraved with broad band of ribbon tied floral and foliate festoons, repeated in chasing on the border, and with two vacant cartouches, with applied ribbon and berried laurel rim, with two foliate tendril and reeded grape cluster handle (missing one end piece),length over handles 26in.
