Late 19th/early 20th century, blue beehive mark, signed C. Heer.
Painted with the Death of Alexander, named in German on the underside, the border with alternating panels of dancing bacchantes reserved on the seeded gold ground and white enamelled foliate scrolls reserved on the deep blue ground
