Of elongated oviform with crenelated rim, flanked by two gilt C-shaped handles, painted with a bust-length portrait of a beauty with orchids in her brunette hair, a wrap draped over one of her shoulders, within a raised foliate and gilt beaded oval surround intersected by a gilt lappet band embellished with turquoise 'jewels', the lower body and rim gilt with flowers in the Art Nouveau taste, on a quatrefoil foot
