A well detailed 50ft:1in. scale waterline model of the Union Line passenger ship S.S. Norman, (1894 - 1926)
built by E.J. Walpole with masts, derricks and rigging, anchors, winch, fairleads, bollards, ventilators, deck rails, companionways, hatches, deck winches, superstructure with wheelhouse and wing bridges, stayed funnels, deck and engine room lights, passenger accomodation and promenade and boat decks, fourteen lifeboats in davits and other details, finished in Union Line livery and mounted on a painted molded seascape, glazed case -- 6 x 14in. (15.2 x 36.2cm.)
