THE HULL BUILT UP FROM THE SOLID AND PAINTED WITH A RED BOTTOM, WHITE WATERLINE AND BLACK AND WHITE TOPSIDES. THE HULL IS PIERCED FOR NUMEROUS PORTHOLES WHICH ARE BACKED. THE DECKS ARE PAPER WITH THE PLANKING LINES DRAWN IN INDIA INK. THE DECKS OF THE MODEL ARE WELL DETAILED WITH ANCHORS, ANCHOR CHAINS, BOLARDS, ANCHOR DAVIT, WINDLASSES, DECK HATCHES, COILS OF LINE LADDERS, MASTS RIGGED WITH STANDING AND RUNNING RIGGING, BRIDGE WITH BRIDGE WINGS, LIFE BOATS ON DAVITS, FOUR FUNNELS PAINTED IN CUNARD LIVERY, SKYLIGHTS, CANOPY FRAMES, DOCKING BRIDGE, FLAGSTAFF, GANGWAY, NAME BOARDS, RUDDER AND BRASS PROPELLERS. DISPLAYED ON A PAIR OF LARGE TURNED MAHOGANY PEDESTALS WITHIN A CHERRY FRAMED GLASS CASE ON A CHERRY STAND.
