The top and front feather-banded, the sides crossbanded, the moulded rectangular top above two short and three long graduated drawers, on a moulded plinth base, later bun feet, the metalwork replaced, the top with small brass plaque inscribed 'Cassillis'
34 in. (86.5 cm.) high; 40 in. (101 cm.) wide; 23 in. (58.5 cm.) deep
Possibly the Earls of Cassillis, Culzean Castle, Ayrshire, created Marquesses of Ailsa in 1831.
