London, 1700, maker's mark F? a crescent above
Partly-fluted with slightly flaring rim, on collet foot and with two reeded scroll handles, stamped with a border of flowers and stylized foliage, engraved below the rim with a wreath enclosing initials 'J-C H*CB' and under base with a date 1703', marked on rim
